Bag Inserter
Bag Inserter is a tubular foil with side folds suitable for automatic processing. In the industry this product is also regularly called “liners for crates/boxes“.
With this product, KIVO Plastic Packaging is market leader. Because of the narrow tolerances in width, combined with a straight winding and low winding tension, KIVO guarantees 100% smooth processing on the automatic packingline. KIVO is able to react quickly and flexible to any desired quantity and lead time.
Furthermore, KIVO Plastic Packaging is the only one worldwide to give guarantee on the flawless processing of this product. Efficiency on the line of 99% can be achieved. Bagloaders
KIVO Plastic Packaging offers you a wide range of plastic bread bags. With our bagloaders (bracket bags) we are market leader in the Netherlands. In addition, the cold or heat resistant PP films used by KIVO Plastic Packaging have been developed for the most common bread packaging machines. Because our bagloaders have superior flatness, thickness tolerance and coefficient of friction, you can process the bags at maximum speed on the wicketer machines with only 0.2% waste. Furthermore, our bags are antistatic for good bundling and opening and strong side seals. In addition, our bags are available in various thicknesses, which can be adjusted to every type of bread. The excellent running characteristics minimize downtime on the packaging machines in the bakery – the waste of bread in the bakery is kept to an absolute minimum. This saves costs. By the use of special granulate, sterilization up to 140 degrees is not a problem.

Fish sheets
For the packaging of fish, we produce a variety of species and sizes fish sheets .
Our sheets are know for its minimum of poly entrapment. This means that the sheets do not tear or stick to the fish. Furthermore, our sheets are very thin without loosing strenghts, which results in more sheets on the reel and lower costs. Because of the lower thickness, it’s less harmfull for the environment.

Finally, these sheets are available in both HDPE and LDPE quality and are perfectly suited for frozen applications. In addition, the sheets are available in loose, blocked or on the reel.
FFS & Deepfreeze application
FFS is a packaging film based on LDPE. FFS can be produced both in film and in tube depending on your packingmachine. KIVO Plastic Verpakkingen has developed recipes with excellent sealing and mechanical properties that can be easily processed on FFS machines. Due to its unique recipe, for example, it is possible to seal at a lower temperature, which leads to much higher packaging speed and less wear on the sealing bars. The quality of the seal itself is reliable. The recipes meet the European requirements for food packaging, both for heavy duty and specifically for freezing applications. Optional: mat look.

FFS & Deepfreeze application
KIVO Plastic Verpakkingen is a large producer of high-quality garbage bags. By using special recipes KIVO offers garbage bags four times thinner than the traditional bags made out of recycled plastic, which are less damaging for the environment without loosing strength. Furthermore, a large quantity of the garbage bags are found in supermarkets. KIVO Plastic Verpakkingen is also a big player in the professional industry. We often supply various numbers of sizes and colours to big wholesalers, hospitals and cleaning companies.

Heavy Duty Bags
The heavy duty bags that KIVO produces are used by customers for packing sand, stones, pebbles and the like. Thanks to special recipe (Kivothene), we are able to reduce the thickness of the bags by 40%. Kivothene is an LDPE packaging film. In addition, Kivothene is reduced in thickness while maintaining the standard LDPE properties and the same strength. This reduces costs and is much better for the environment.

This makes Kivothene very suitable for packaging heavy products. It’s especially suitable for hygroscopic products. Because of his low friction it can be stacked on the pallet. It is also possible to print the bags on one side.
Paperlike
Paperlike is a calcium carbonate filled HDPE film. It is an excellent alternative to parchment. It’s suitable for wrapping blocks of butter or margarine and fat from 125gr to 25kg. Paperlike is in the industry often referred to as papermatch .

Shrink film
Our shrink film (wrap around or top and bottom film) is a coex-film. It can also be used for various applications in the food and non-food industry: e.g. bottling and furniture industry. In addition, the film can be produced up to 40% thinner while maintaining the same strength. This film is called slim line and is known for its excellent bundeling power. Especially in summer when temperatures in trucks go to around 45 degrees Celcius.
