Extruding flexible plastics using blow film extrusion has been the basis of KIVO Flexible Plastics. Our experience and expertise allow us to provide thin, sustainable films produce with excellent technical properties.

KIVO is known for its leading flexo printing facility with state-of-the-art machinery capable of printing up to 10 colours. We combine high-quality printing with a strong focus on sustainability by using minimal inks and colours. In our approach, we strive for eco-friendly and efficient packaging solutions.

Since our establishment in 1966, KIVO has been in the business of sealing and cutting films, producing semi-finished and finished customised products. From collection bags to car seat covers and sheets for the food industry, our products are cut, folded and sealed to the desired result. With a focus on sustainability and quality, we ensure that our converting processes are efficient and environmentally friendly.

At KIVO Recycling, we process our production surplus directly in our own regeneration line. This enables us to use BRC-certified recycled raw material (PIR). Recycling is a crucial part of our sustainability proposition, aimed at minimising waste and promoting circularity.
