Printing Up to 10 colours Flexoprinting Kivo uses the latest flexographic printing technology. Thanks to state of the art technology, the presses can handle high-quality screen work as easily as simple line print. Computer-controlled ink viscosity ensures correct colour depth at all times. We work closely with graphic reproduction houses and ink suppliers to ensure that logos and illustrations are printed on our packaging materials at the highest possible quality. We always work with PMS colours which we mix ourselves and monitor using a spectrophotometer. All of which means that Kivo can guarantee a perfect result every time. Laminating High quality barrier films Kivo is equipped with a modern high-performance laminating system for the production of demanding laminates consisting of plastic films, paper, aluminium foil and similar materials. This is a significant step in meeting the rapidly growing demand for packaging of food. A laminate is a material that can be constructed by uniting two or more layers of material together, which in common parlance refers to the placing of something between layers of plastic and glueing them with heat and pressure.
