Papermatch
Papermatch is a high density polyethylene flexible packaging film extruded by KIVO Plastic Verpakkingen. Kivo puts a wide range of products onto the market, based on LDPE, HDPE and PP. Not only semi finished products for the packaging industry but end products like clothing covers, car seat covers, bags on the reel, wicketed bags, potatoes bags, butterwrap and garbage bags for the professional and consumer market as well.

Papermatch is a HDPE filled with calcium carbobate. Because of its unique recipe Papermatch has some specific advantages above paper because it combines the good vapor and oxygen barrier of plastics with the good dead fold of paper. Papermatch has high stiffness, high max.force and high tear resistance. Applicable for wrapping food and can be obtained in 3 qualities: white, colored and UV light barrier. Papermatch can be corona treated, is suitable for flexo inks and can be produced in reel widths up to 165 cm. Papermatch is developed for most common packing lines and perfecty suitable for packing butter, margarine and fats.
