Paperlike Perfect for packing butter, margarine and fats Paperlike is a high density based polyethylene flexible packaging film. Paperlike is HDPE filled with calcium carbobate. Because of its unique recipe Paperlike has some specific advantages above paper because it combines the good vapor and oxygen barrier of plastics with the good dead fold of paper. Paperlike has high stiffness, high maximum force and high tear resistance. Applicable for wrapping food and can be obtained in 3 qualities: white, colored and UV light barrier. Paperlike can be corona treated, are suitable for flexo inks and can be produced in reel widths up to 165cm and is developed for most common packing lines and perfecty suitable for packing butter, margarine and fats. Slimline Up to 40% lower thickness Slimline is a multi-layer coextruded packaging film. Slimline is a shrink film suitable for the food- and non-food industry like trays, bottling and furniture. Strength and as well mono- as bi oriented shrink ratio are the same as LDPE shrink films but with 30% to 40% lower thickness; above all the cold shrinking force is excellent. Slimline has excellent run-ability on the packing lines, high stiffness, high gloss and high glaze. Slimline can be corona treated, printed with flexo inks and can be produced up to a reel width of 180cm. Glassfilm High gloss, high glaze, suitable for packing magazines Glassfilm is a low density based packaging film. Glassfilm from Kivo has high gloss, high glaze and excellent puncture resistance. It also has good sealability and 30% thickness reduction is possible. Glassfilm is a very thin film suitable for packing magazines and wallpaper. It has perfect shrinkage, as well mono- as bi oriented. Glassfilm can be produced up to a reel width of 160cm, unprinted or printed with a white front for address coding. Smooth machine runability guaranteed. Cold Resistant Polypropylene Suitable for deepfreeze applications Cold Resistant PP is a multi-layer Polypropylene packaging film. Cold resistant (KIPP) has high gloss, high glaze, high slip and high stiffness. Kipp is 100% suitable for packing food like bread and suitable for deepfreeze applications, up to -30°Celsius. Cold resistant PP has good sealability and is corona treated, applicable for flexo inks, it can be produced up to a reel width of 160cm. Cold resistant PP is developed for most common bread packing machines and form- fill- and sealmachines. Kivothene Suitable for heavy duty bags and hygroscopic products Kivothene is a low density based packaging film. Kivothene is a in thickness reduced packaging film maintaining all the LD characteristics. Kivothene has good sealability and high puncture resistance and high dart and is tested on temperatures up to -60°Celsius. 30% to 40% thickness reduction is possible. Kivothene can be corona treated, suitable for flexo inks and can be produced in reel widths of up to 180cm in diameter. Excellent suitable for heavy duty bags till 50 kg, garbage bags, packing of heavy materials and specially developed for packing of hygroscopic products. LDK For the perfect refuse bags or pedal bin liners Ldk is a Low Density based packaging film. LDK is an in thickness reduced packaging film maintaining all the LD characteristics. 30% to 40% thickness reduction is possible. LDK has good sealability and high puncture resistance and high dart and is tested on temperatures up to -60°Celsius. LDK can be corona treated, is suitable for flexo inks and can be produced in reel widths of up to 180cm in diameter. Excellent suitable for refuse bags and pedal bin liners.
